A Revert "feat: ..." cancels the corresponding feat: commit. If all features are reverted, treat them as if they never existed — bump patch instead of minor.

Corrects the revert-to-feature ratio calculation in the update-semver skill by using the correct git diff range (HEAD
1 instead of HEAD2) when counting revert commits vs feature commits.Type of Change
