Single-line pin bump of the reusable workflow-metrics.yml workflow from d145deb6… to d69d92d4…. The new SHA resolves in aws/agentcore-devx-devtools and the workflow file is still present at that revision, so the reference will not break the Workflow Metrics job. Still properly SHA-pinned (not a mutable ref), which is the right posture for a workflow_run trigger that handles secrets.
No code, test, or telemetry surface is touched — nothing further to flag. LGTM to merge.
