feat(pricing): price the Claude 5 family and validate every configured model - #634

…d model - Add static pricing for claude-fable-5-1, fable-5, opus-5-5, opus-5, sonnet-5-5, sonnet-5, haiku-5-5 and opus-4-8. Point releases are listed before their base id so the substring fallback cannot bill opus-5-5 as opus-5. - Default max_tokens patterns for claude-fable and claude-sonnet-5 (previously fell through to 8192). - `grob validate` now tests every [[models]] entry, not only the four router roles, matching the count it announces. Startup and reload probes stay router-only to avoid extra upstream calls. - Bump yanked yoke-derive 0.8.3 -> 0.8.4, which fails the daily audit.
