Four rustls advisories were published on 2026-10-14 against 0.23.45 (Debug impls leaking session secrets, ECH-rejection data leak, Brotli certificate decompression allocation, unauthenticated key-exchange downgrade). 0.23.46 fixes all four; cargo audit and cargo deny are clean. Also grant the scheduled audit workflow checks: write, which rustsec/audit-check needs to publish its check run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5.1 <noreply@anthropic.com>
