Summary
Adds a red "Today" divider to the upgrades timeline so it is immediately obvious which upgrades are still upcoming and which have already activated. The marker is spliced in at the future/past boundary of the reverse-chronological list, with everything above it upcoming and everything below already live. It is driven by the current time, so it stays correct as time passes and as upgrade dates are filled in, and it handles the edge cases where every upgrade is still upcoming or all have already shipped.
