refactor(vibenet): compact Race the Agent layout

Summary

• feature Race the Agent before Conditional Swaps on the Validity Transactions page
• remove the automatic setup and reset controls from Race the Agent
• combine Shared onchain switch and Comparison into one bounded card
• keep Manual and Validity attempt panels at stable equal heights with internal scrolling
• use a two-column desktop layout with the vertically stacked Guided race beside the combined condition/comparison card
• order the guided flow as automatic agent, manual transaction, then pre-submitted validity transaction
• remove redundant condition and comparison-result pills
• move the singleton address and contract balance into Advanced details
• place Observed chain state before Advanced details
• preserve bottom-aligned action buttons at desktop and stacked widths
