Convert sway configuration from a static dotfile to a declarative Nix
module. Keybindings, colors, startup commands, and design settings are
now expressed as Nix attrsets and serialized to the final config via
writeText. Removes sway/.config/sway/{config,config-old,sway_bar.sh}.
