### Fixed
- `.github/dependabot.yml`: dropped the `pip` ecosystem. v0.2.0 removed
`platformio.ini` and there are no Python manifests left, so Dependabot's
pip updater was erroring with "No files found in /" on every run.
`github-actions` updates continue as before.
