The Flymake end-to-end spec and the comparison of section ids against real Asciidoctor output are skipped when asciidoctor isn't on PATH, which was always the case on the CI runners. So they only ever ran on machines that happened to have it installed.

The Flymake end-to-end spec and the section id comparison skip themselves without asciidoctor, so CI never ran them. Ubuntu's package is enough for both.
