Summary

This pull request introduces POC of functionality to display a user's followed topics on the "My News" page, alongside their saved articles. It adds a new hook to fetch followed topics from the UAS API, integrates the fetched topics into the page UI, and updates the styling to support the new section. Error and loading states are handled for both articles and topics.

Code changes

New followed topics feature:

• Added a new hook useUASFollowedTopics to fetch the list of topics the user follows from the UAS API

• Implemented the getFollowedTopics API utility to fetch and transform followed topics data from the backend
  Integration into My News page:

• Updated MyNewsPageContent to fetch and display followed topics using the new hook, show a "Followed Topics" section with a count, and render topic tags via the TopicTags component.

Testing

1. Go to any topics page in Hindi service (http://localhost.bbc.com:7081//hindi/topics/c9wpm0en87xt?renderer_env=live)
2. Click on follow topic button - so that it changes to "Followed"
3. Go to /my-news page , to see that topic has been listed in myNews page under "Followed Topics" section
4. Unfollow the topic , to see the topic got removed from "followedTopic" section of Mynews page
