chore: set proprod ci
CRA returns uppercase name, city, and country fields while CSA stores title case, causing WKL poll to skip valid records. Compare child details, sex, and birth country without case sensitivity.
Update backend, frontend, and integration test dependencies to address high and critical npm audit findings, including axios.
