Implements MOON-276, MOON-283, MOON-284, and MOON-285. Adds version information command and ldflags injection support, path hardening and extension case-insensitivity, Windows PE metadata/icon embedding via go-winres syso files, GoReleaser and GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD, Windows PowerShell build automation (build.ps1) and Makefile, expanded E2E test suite in cmd/convert_test.go, and comprehensive README documentation updates.
