Went through the installation process, the database download, and the run of sourceapp.
One thing that is missing from the zenodo database is the "database.sa" file.
After downloading the files, and extracting them to the same target folder, I had to generate "database.sa" with the following command (assuming an active sourceapp conda environment):
bwa bwt2sa database.bwt database.sa
After this, things run smoothly.
