Help(less): run scripts missing, user help file links empty

./run.sh does not exist in repo

https://github.com/bhowiebkr/PyFlowGraph/tree/main/docs/user_guide teaser but no meat.

What was supposed to be the contents of ./run.sh?

Neither:
(PyFlowGraph)~/PyFlowGrapth python3 src/main.py OR

(PyFlowGraph)~/PyFlowGrapth/src python3 main.py

work, they just start and never open up a console or throw an exception.

Not sure why "pip install pyside6" when pip install -r requirements would have sufficed

(although I am using uv so uv add -r requirements).

There's no obvious python dependency stated in the site (not sure why there's no default requirement for that little nugget).

Hacked in a few debug prints we don't seem to be coming back from creating the node editor window:

Off for a bike ride for an hour, assuming this is a cold start issue.

Yep, okay, doesn't like uv etc (we seem to be naming the env in the code). Seems otherwise wanting to run and take its time openning up and then reporting each time it cant find PySide6 so "installs" it each time. Ripping out the uv stuff and actually following "destructions" (so unlike me).

Yep so it seems it is a cold start issue but happens each time. And each time it seems it doesn't understand .venv of uv, and autosetsup a venvs/default folder and reinstalls PySide each time.

Yep so sad saga:
