feat(BBBAccordion): add buttonHeaderPosition prop - #67

buttonHeader always rendered immediately next to the title, with no
way to push it to the far edge of the header row for secondary
actions like edit/delete. Adds buttonHeaderPosition ('left' | 'right',
default 'left') to control this, preserving existing layout by
default.
