This GitHub organization hosts repositories related to Bird Migration Map (BMM), a personal research project exploring continental-scale bird migration using weather radar data.
The repositories reflect the project's evolution over time rather than a single software package. Some contain methodological developments, others support specific scientific publications, and one hosts the public website.

The BMM repository contains the original European Bird Migration Map analyses and several subsequent projects based on the 2016 and 2018 continental radar datasets:
- 2016/: High-resolution interpolation of bird densities (doi)
- 2018/: Full-year migration flow modelling and take-off/landing estimation (doi)
- 2018/Insect_removal: Separation of birds, insects and weather signals (doi)
- WindSupport/: Wind effects on airspeed and groundspeed (doi)
- WindFarm/: Spatio-temporal patterns of collision risk (doi)
- Particle/: Experimental individual-based migration model (unpublished)
- BMM-US: Extension and improvement of the geostatistical method to multi-year US data.
- StreamVsWave: Study of the spatio-temporal pattern of take-off and landing at large scale. code accompanying the US case study and publication. https://doi.org/10.1111/ecog.07107
