Fixes found during doc staleness validation (TW-1772):
- environment-variables: rewrote Env Var procedure as tabbed Project/Workflows flow; updated section heading, search field label, toggle label
- secrets: fixed dialog name ('Create secret') and submit button label ('Create') in Step inputs tab
- storing-an-apps-configuration-yaml: replaced ⋮ menu references with chevron/Configuration options menu; updated storage change flow and labels
- rolling-builds: fixed toggle labels to include 'on-hold' qualifier; updated exclusions button and field descriptions
- setting-the-stack-for-your-builds: fixed section heading, added Workflows tab step and screenshots, updated machine type selector wording; replaced 'app' with 'project'
- accessing-a-builds-bitriseyml-file: updated title, fixed GlossTerm misuse, corrected menu item ('View'), button ('Restore configuration YAML'), and dialog button ('Overwrite')
- modular-yaml-configuration: fixed typo 'bitries.yml' → 'bitrise.yml'
- configuring-slack-integration: removed incorrect Secret recommendation for integration ID; updated input label to 'Workspace Slack Integration ID'
- build-priority: added missing Properties tab navigation step; fixed invalid YAML indentation in precedence example
- setting-your-git-credentials-on-build-machines: updated default git user.name and user.email to current platform values ('Bitrise CI', 'noreply@bitrise.io')
- opening-the-workflow-editor partial: removed GlossTerm from bold context to fix tooltip styling
