Purpose
Define the smallest legally and technically safe route from approved asset inputs to runtime-visible world, UI, text and audio resources.
Deliverables
Key result
The existing schema-v1/compiler remain synthetic test infrastructure. Only original project-created synthetic test material is currently approved. Production source, local import, redistribution, signing and profile-specific appearance requirements remain explicit owner/legal/producer decisions. Legacy PR #97 is integrity evidence only, not a Rust runtime or rights contract.
Safety
Implementation is not authorized. No asset bytes, proprietary extraction, schema/code/workflow or unsupported rights claim.
