docs(playability): aggregate P0 and define P1 contract spine

Purpose

Aggregate all five merged/archived P0 evidence lanes into one normalized capability/dependency result and accept the smallest safe producer-first P1 wave.

Deliverables

• updated capability matrix with release-required, later and owner-decision classes;
• accepted dependency/shared-lease/merge order;
• bounded four-package P1 contract-spine plan;
• four Prompting Standard-compliant worker prompts;
• durable barrier task/checkpoint.

Accepted P1

1. Canary exact-source index and fixture metadata;
2. canonical game-domain IDs/events/commands;
3. immutable synthetic-v1 asset pack runtime;
4. normalized input/action contexts.

No simulation, gameplay parser, UI/audio, renderer resource, app composition, deployment or production asset work is authorized.

Scope and safety

Exactly eight documentation paths. No Rust/C++/Lua/OTUI source, manifests, lockfiles, workflows, producer repositories, credentials, assets or PR #23-owned shared catalogues.
