docs(agents): preserve official Tibia runtime handover

Purpose

Persist the verified official Tibia client runtime/login investigation in blakinio/otclient without mutating the active PR #48 branch.

Contents

• official client identity and decoded Worldmap boundary;
• proven userspace WARP/TCP confinement path;
• account-login and Select Character evidence;
• failed attempts with exact run/job references and why they failed;
• rejected hypotheses so future workers do not repeat them;
• current UNKNOWNs and one concrete continuation action.

Coordination

This is a documentation-only cross-repository evidence handover. PR #48 remains the related OTClient execution task. The separately owned Oteryn analysis runtime remains read-only from this task.

Safety

No credentials, account/character data, authenticated screenshots, proprietary client binaries, or extracted proprietary assets are included.

Coordinator disposition: REJECT / SUPERSEDE as an active Track A continuation handover.

Current docs/agents/TIBIA_RESEARCH_TRACKS.md requires Track A continuation to remain inside blakinio/otclient and forbids using historical Oteryn repositories/runners/containers as active research inputs. This PR's task still routes continuation through that superseded Oteryn state, so it must not be merged or resumed.

Unique historical negative evidence has been preserved on coordinator PR #300 under docs/agents/evidence/OTC-20260815-track-a-promotion-coordination/superseded-pr277-negative-runtime-history.md. The corrected bounded login/recovery procedure is preserved separately there, while current restart/relogin validation belongs to Draft PR #303.

Closing this PR does not reclassify its historical runs as current facts and does not erase them; it only makes the stale continuation path terminal.
