docs(agents): isolate Tibia research tracks

Objective

Make the two live Tibia research programmes non-overlapping and repository-only.

Track split

• Track A official-client-re / OTCLIENT-TIBIA-RE: reverse engineer the official Linux Tibia client runtime, protocol, structural game state, native actions, worldmap/OTBM evidence and stable bridge.
• Track B otclient-global-login: make this blakinio/otclient fork authenticate to and enter official Tibia Global; current implementation lane is PR feat(lab): add isolated Tibia Global login analysis project #284.

Repository boundary

All new state, tooling and continuation work for both tracks must stay in blakinio/otclient. Material Oteryn evidence was already imported/indexed by the merged canonical consolidation (#285/#286), so normal workers are now forbidden from searching, reading, citing or depending on Oteryn repositories/runners/containers/state. Missing details are UNKNOWN and must be recovered inside the appropriate OTClient track.

Isolation

Both tracks may share synology-otclient-01 only with distinct task-owned container names, volumes, state dirs, X11 displays and loopback ports. Cross-track process/container cleanup or mutable path ownership is forbidden.

PR #284 received an explicit coordination comment correcting its earlier claim that it was the single OTCLIENT-TIBIA-RE lane.

Scope

Documentation/governance only. No runtime/client behavior, credentials, proprietary assets or external-repository writes.
