Fresh-current-main replay of task OTC-20260814-map-observation-track-a-correction after closing stale PR #295 superseded.

Correction

• preserve the complete existing MAP_OBSERVATION_V1 schema and record semantics;
• correct the current authoritative live producer from OTClient decoded Map/Tile state to Track A official-client-re / official native Linux Tibia client;
• explicitly isolate Track B from this producer responsibility;
• require reuse only of coordinator-promoted Track A worldmap/runtime-bridge evidence;
• replace stale open-source-OTClient P1 instrumentation wording with exact-client structural, read-only, admission-gated P1 boundaries.

No runtime observation/mutation, login, X11/VNC, proprietary material, credentials, Track B mutation or owner-funded Codex/OpenAI API/paid AI quota is used.

PR #295 is intentionally closed unmerged as superseded because it both predates current routing/admission governance and removed/compressed frozen v1 contract detail.
