Lifecycle-only closeout for completed task
OTC-20260816-track-a-runner-system-xkbcomp-repairafter PR #389 merged as4c278a83d4b75de9f18c973840f257b73490f8f1.This PR only moves the task record from active to archive, records the successful bounded Synology repair/Xvfb validation plus final governance/CI evidence, and releases ownership. The one-shot repair workflow was already removed before #389 promotion.
Current canonical runtime is still not claimed by this lifecycle PR. No client, login, VNC/WARP/session mutation, credentials, Track B mutation or owner-funded AI/API use occurs here.
