OTC-20260816-track-a-canonical-client-window-wait-fix.#394 proved the bounded-wait direction and its hosted validator passed, but its branch was created from parent
b6908406...while terminal RUNTIME checkpoint #393 landed concurrently asffe954be.... PR #395 starts exactly from that current main and additionally adds behavioral found-window / exited-client / missing-window tests plus finer non-secret stage markers.This PR is therefore closed unmerged to avoid duplicate promotion. No physical runtime action is associated with this closure.
