Lifecycle-only closeout for completed task
OTC-20260816-track-a-client-window-ownership-discriminatorafter PR #398 merged as207dd9956c09222393904f505cd6612b7ad13e88.This PR only moves the task record from active to archive, records the final semantic discriminator/governance/CI/coordinator evidence, and releases the ephemeral runtime namespace. It performs no physical runtime work and changes no canonical registration/lease/session state.
The accepted terminal result is: exact client alive through 35 seconds, zero visible X11 windows at 5/15/35 seconds, and direct Qt XCB/QRhiGles2 GLX/EGL context-creation failures in the sanitized startup log. Graphics-stack compatibility is the next hosted-only boundary; no further physical retry belongs to this task.
