docs(track-a): archive XRes child evidence tasks

Lifecycle-only closeout after coordinator promotion #444 (7540a679420689c388d9d11125c9fd8846956a10).

This PR:

• archives OTC-20260816-track-a-xres-window-identity as completed after source diag(track-a): prove XRes window ownership on current main #442 was accepted/promoted and closed superseded;
• archives OTC-20260816-track-a-xres-support-inventory as completed after source diag(track-a): inventory XRes client support paths #443 was accepted-with-edits/promoted and closed superseded;
• records the exact raw physical/support evidence, promotion checks and coordinator evidence corrections;
• releases all child-task ownership;
• advances the still-active canonical runtime task to the next hosted/static raw-XRes helper frontier.

No X server, official client, Synology runtime mutation, canonical state access, credentials/login/gameplay or Track B surface is used here. runtime_access:none, mutation_authorized:false.

After this lifecycle merge, the canonical task's only authorized continuation is pure hosted/static QueryVersion/QueryClientIds encoder/parser validation with deterministic fixtures. Physical identity retry remains forbidden until that helper passes and receives fresh separate admission.
