docs(track-a): archive worldmap server-delivery extent task

Lifecycle-only closeout for completed task OTC-20260817-track-a-worldmap-server-delivery-extent after implementation/research PR #473 squash-merged as df24c7af5f1571bdc1b2453253c78f3c234cbaa0.

This PR only:

• moves the task record from docs/agents/tasks/active/ to docs/agents/tasks/archive/;
• records exact-head research(track-a): determine server-delivered worldmap extent #473 validation on 08ddb77fe366628210e530a085b235fe8ea5244d (CI run 32023793785 / #4469 and Track A governance run 32023694735 / merge opentibiabr/otclient#780, both SUCCESS);
• records the independent audit PASS and releases task ownership.

It does not change the research report/evidence, execute or modify the official client, access runtime state, or authorize physical mutation/runtime.
