The fresh exact-client producer (32112814216 / 95635760592) reproduced all three generated-message registries byte-for-byte against independent sanitized #473 control artifact 9285763750. All 189 inbound names and all 189 received*Message strings are persisted.

Three material overclaim risks were repaired before promotion: naive substring family buckets are excluded; the broad 542-method set is explicitly 149 handle* + 189 received* + 204 on*; domain-specific handler types are not used to infer absence of a shared upstream dispatcher.

The temporary producer workflow is absent from this promotion diff.

This PR preserves the accepted durable evidence, archives the researcher task and adds the coordinator promotion record. Physical E2E is NOT_APPLICABLE because no runtime/product behavior changed.
