Lifecycle closeout review: PASS. Exact head changes one archived task record only, records terminal source/audit/promotion facts, does not broaden research claims, and releases ownership. Runtime E2E remains NOT_APPLICABLE because this closeout performs no official-client runtime operation. Merge remains gated on exact-head generic CI and final freshness.
