Promote the independently audited bounded TIBIA-RE-INVENTORY-CONTAINERS D09-D22 evidence from source Draft #559 without merging its stale researcher history.

The only material finding, INV-AUD-001, was source-branch PR hygiene: stale/diverged history. This promotion resolves it by copying only accepted task-owned blobs onto fresh trusted main; source #559 remains provenance and will be closed unmerged after promotion.
