docs(agents): archive superseded G01-G06 feature package

Lifecycle-only coordinator closeout for source PR #557.

Coordinator review 4971413034 classified the source REJECT/SUPERSEDE: source facts remain valid retained historical evidence, but the package should not be promoted as a standalone canonical snapshot because it recommended no coverage change, re-indexed existing primary evidence, and was overtaken by later current-build source #560 / clean promotion #564.
