docs(agents): close Surveyor UI settings reader lifecycle

Objective

Terminally close OTC-20260821-surveyor-next-nonoverlap-gap after merged implementation #658, merged physical-path repair #659, and final passive physical acceptance on trusted main@4c5b3f216510b4f583b49779f0a22f1ba4f5b927.

Final physical acceptance

Fresh persisted read-only admission fenced exactly one current client:

• PID 646, start ticks 1394843;
• size 52109920;
• SHA-256 ed5469b9fa71349de688f719434d23875f76f28a3ebd08a36d30f7f6da0af6b8;
• exactly one visible Tibia window owned by PID 646;
• canonical registration ABSENT, lease ABSENT;
• target_uniqueness=PROVEN, mutation_authorized=false.

Exact trusted reader probes returned ui_settings_typed_reader=AVAILABLE, master_volume=100, master_volume_old=100, filesystem_access=read_only, process_memory_access=not_used. Fresh repository-only collect-all from the same main snapshot returned 169 rows / 12 aliases / 7 remaining reader gaps / privacy PASS.

No gameplay input, agent login/relogin, client restart, process-memory write, credential access, network mutation, transaction or economy action occurred. The owner performed the login manually.

Closeout changes

• add durable final physical E2E evidence;
• archive the task with terminal PASS and released runtime authority;
• remove the active task record.

No production code or workflow changes. MODULE_CATALOG.md and CHANGELOG.md are intentionally untouched because unrelated open PR #23 retains overlapping ownership.

Validation scope

Changed files are exactly the task-owned evidence/archive/active-record paths. Required repository CI/governance must pass on the exact PR head before squash merge.
