Move the completed W5 closure task from active to archive. No shared-path lease remains.
Scope
Exactly two documentation paths: active task deletion and archive task addition. No wave routing, Rust source, Cargo, lockfile, dependency policy, CI, renderer, application shell, asset implementation, legacy runtime, protocol or external-repository change.
Preserved recommendation and blockers
The archive records exactly one non-authorizing recommendation: a future separately planned normalized synthetic asset schema/compiler slice. Interactive Windows/GPU compatibility, production asset redistribution rights and Canary-compatible real input evidence remain unproven or blocked.
