Scope
Exactly two documentation paths. No plan-content change, Rust source, Cargo, lockfile, dependency policy, CI, asset bytes, renderer, runtime, legacy client or external-repository change.
W6-ASSET may start only after this PR merges and a fresh ownership/overlap check passes.
