Merging pi-webman and tibo-rush both raised the packages kind count from 128 to 129, so the combined snapshot still said 129. The README entries and the other counts were already right. Co-authored-by: Kieran <bubbleptr@users.noreply.github.com>

Add tibo-rush
Adds tibo-rush to the Utilities section in both
README.mdandREADME.en.md, next to the existing model-routing entries, and regeneratesmcp/catalog.snapshot.json.tibo-rushpi install npm:tibo-rushWhy it belongs here
The existing routers pick a model per prompt. tibo-rush does something different: it switches a whole set of open sessions between preset modes at once, and
offputs each session back to the model and thinking level it had before. Busy sessions wait until they are idle, and a failed switch is reported as an error rather than as applied.Notes
