Problem
DBHub 1.4.0 supports disable and require for SQL Server.
require enables TLS but does not verify the server certificate. There is no supported mode that enables TLS with certificate and hostname verification.
Proposed change
Support sslmode=verify-full in SQL Server DSNs and TOML configuration.
Use these driver options:
encrypt: true
trustServerCertificate: false
Keep the current default and the behavior of disable and require.
