Summary

  • enable PowerToys Window Hopper with Alt+backtick window cycling
  • add a standalone PowerToys setup entrypoint that updates and restarts PowerToys
  • invoke the PowerToys entrypoint from the Windows bootstrap

Testing

  • PowerShell parser validation
  • git diff --check
