- Source WorkBuddy model credits and free badges from the official catalog instead of hardcoded prices, and let the Providers page request `/api/models?view=regional` so each provider region keeps its own price while Access/Overview stay on the merged catalog

- 同一模型跨区域合并且价格冲突时，合并后的 `/v1` 与默认 `/api/models` 条目会省略价格，不再保留首个账户的费率
- 请求历史上游若回报消耗点数，会在 Tokens 列下方以绿色小字展示；继续写入请求日志主表对应字段，并对仅记在详情表的历史行做回退读取
- 临时诊断：Devin 上游返回 MCP 配置类 `permission_denied` 时，会在错误信息追加精简的 tools type/name 摘要（`tools_diag`），便于从请求日志对照 Desktop 入站与实际上游转发内容
