Removes comments that restate the code, name-only JSDoc, divider banners and generator boilerplate, and shortens long explanations to the reason they carry. Protocol notes,
SAFETY:comments, race/ordering rules, privacy and telemetry reasons, platform workarounds, upstream-port mapping notes, license headers and directives are kept. Not touched: upstream-derived code — the serve-emu fork (
packages/runtimes/serve-emu/src,ui), the idevice/device-hub-ios media module (packages/native/ios-mirror/src/media), vendoredperfetto.h, and the Baguette Swift fixtures.Comment-only: each changed file's comment-stripped output (TypeScript
removeCommentstranspile for TS/JS, comment-stripped text for CSS, Swift, Kotlin and YAML) is identical before and after. No telemetry changes.Checks:
npm test(909 pass, 1 skipped),npm run typecheck:telemetry.
