[P-022] release-plan.yaml was changed alongside 9 other file(s): CHANGELOG/CHANGELOG-r2.md, README.md, code/API_definitions/predictive-connectivity-data.yaml, code/Test_definitions/predictive-connectivity-data.feature, code/common/.sync-manifest.yaml, code/common/CAMARA_common.yaml, code/common/CAMARA_event_common.yaml, code/common/info-description-templates.yaml, release-metadata.yaml. release-plan.yaml changes should be submitted in a dedicated PR so that any new validation findings remain clearly attributable to the release-plan change.

Suggestion: Split this PR: keep release-plan.yaml changes in a dedicated PR, and move the other listed files to a separate PR.
