…0 dup clusters collapsed 15 open knowledge PRs (pre-#41 harvest re-queue duplicates) carried 123 file-versions of ~75 pages, the same insight landing at up to 3 paths. This is the reconciled end-state, mirroring the #6-#13 consolidation: best-of merges per duplicate cluster, union-merged amendments to existing pages with every added line traced to its source PR hunk, non-canonical related-ids remapped, new categories agent-orchestration / data-survey / deliverables, indexes and INDEX.md updated.
