Connect profile setup, task discovery, and recoverable handoffs

Make the first contribution usable from profile setup through finding a task, preparing work, and independent review. Visitors can create a private profile draft, open a real task, turn its brief into an editable handoff, and recover unfinished edits after navigation or reload. The Reviews page links actual GitHub pull requests, diffs, checks, and discussion.

• Add prominent Create profile links and a three-step /join flow with bounded browser drafts, privacy controls, and preview. Distinguish signup from existing-account sign-in and preserve safe return destinations after failed verification.
• Replace dominant vectors with local licensed photographs, source credits, and photographed project/program cards.
• Connect task details to the personal notebook. Task plans include scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and reviewer role. Replacing unfinished work requires an explicit confirmation. Keep bounded recovery separate from saved notes; show storage failures and reject recovery edits for deleted notes.
• Add task discovery shortcuts and removable filter chips that preserve other filters and the selected view. Normalize repeated/unknown query values and wrap long queries on mobile.
• Export a published project's actual context and task requirements as a Markdown attachment, using an explicit field allowlist that excludes profiles, conversations, and private notebook data.
• Add global search shortcuts without intercepting typing; require fresh acceptance-test servers.

Validation: production build and TypeScript passed; 38 unit/database/policy tests and all 28 Chromium acceptance tests passed. Coverage includes profile setup, draft recovery and write failures, replacement cancellation, task planning, actual downloads, filter navigation, mobile layouts, review links, and automated WCAG A/AA checks in both themes. Tracked-source credential-pattern scan passed. No dependency changes in this iteration. Two Luna agents contributed to each iteration; agent review does not replace the required independent code-owner approval.

Boundary: dedicated Supabase provisioning still requires organization/cost confirmation. Local drafts are not registered accounts or shared records; hosted auth and multi-user testing remain outstanding. No database credentials or application authentication roles changed.

Owner-authorized release policy: the owner approved preview f5eb8a6 and explicitly directed that the owner needs no other person's permission, while everyone else does. Active ruleset 24219065 retains fresh code-owner review for others and grants only user ID 261966974 (clearframeworks) a human-review exception for pull-request merges. Mandatory checks, strict status enforcement, conversation resolution, force-push prevention, and deletion prevention remain separately enforced. Policy commit f666751 changes operational documentation only; the approved application source is unchanged. This is owner-approved, not independently reviewed.

Required CI run 36649064242 passed. Live Chromium verification confirmed HTTP 200, Create profile entry, mobile filters, the seven-task Markdown download, recovery after reload, and no page errors. Required automated checks and administrator enforcement were re-read and verified after release. The application files match the approved f5eb8a6 preview.
