Now that test results stream in while a run goes on, stopping at the first failure leaves almost nothing to stream: the report would show one failure moments before the run ended anyway. Run all the tests by default and keep fail-fast a toggle away for those who want it.

Now that test results stream in while the run goes on, stopping at the first failure leaves almost nothing to stream. Runs go through all the tests by default; fail-fast is still a toggle away (
C-c C-t f).
