chore(git): ignore the .closedloop-ai tooling scratch directory - #8

Conversation
Code-review runs write megabytes of artifacts there (diffs, prompts, agent findings, verifier inputs), plus session analysis and an injection log -- per-run and per-clone, never shared. The tooling also marks them intent-to-add so untracked files appear in `git diff`, which left 123 of them staged mid-session and one `git add -A` away from riding into an unrelated commit. Code-review runs write megabytes of artifacts under
.closedloop-ai/(diffs, prompts, agent findings, verifier inputs), alongside session analysis and an injection log. Per-run, per-clone, never shared. The tooling also marks them intent-to-add so untracked files show up in
git diff-- which left 123 of them staged mid-session, onegit add -Aaway from riding into an unrelated commit. Ignoring the directory ends both problems.Verified:
git check-ignore -v .closedloop-ai/injection-log.jsonl->.gitignore:342:/.closedloop-ai/, andgit status --shortis clean with the directory present on disk.
