Adds a research note on KEDA, the CNCF graduated project for event-driven and queue-depth-based autoscaling on Kubernetes, including true scale-to-zero.

Covers the three-component architecture (Operator, Metrics Server, Scalers), ScaledObject vs ScaledJob CRDs, activation vs scaling thresholds, the 70+ scaler catalog, and patterns for long-running execution.
