feat: www.cloudhal.com redirects to cloudhal.com - #16

`cloudhal domain set cloudhal.com --redirect www.cloudhal.com` (Cloudhal 0.3.10, with the edge-cache fix for redirect hosts). Replaces the Redirect Rule the README asked for, which was never set up.
