feat: serve Studio at studio.cloudhal.com - #8

domains.studio in cloudhal.json makes the deploy add studio.cloudhal.com as a custom domain of the admin Worker. Wrangler turns workers.dev off for a Worker with routes, so the post-deploy check now asks studio.cloudhal.com, and waits up to three minutes for the new certificate. Studio moves from the admin Worker's workers.dev address to studio.cloudhal.com.
cloudhal.json:domains.studio = studio.cloudhal.com(cloudhal domain set cloudhal.com --studio studio.cloudhal.com). The deploy adds it as a custom domain; wrangler creates the DNS record and certificate.scripts/post-deploy-check.mjsnow checkshttps://studio.cloudhal.com/api/health(18 tries, ~3 min, for the first certificate).
