Thank you for the pull-request!
In my opinion, this PR represents a successful and clean modernization of the CLI.
My only question is regarding the CLOUDSCALE_LOG_LEVEL that was changed to INFO in python-sdk: This change causes the CLI to always show debug output. Is your idea to change the CLOUDSCALE_LOG_LEVEL in python-sdk back to ERROR, or should the CLI be adjusted to the new log level?

This PR modernizes the code base, updates CI/CD pipelines, and improves project documentation and compatibility.
The main changes include switching to Python 3.10+ and the
uvtool for dependency management, updating GitHub Actions workflows, and cleaning up legacy files and configurations.
