基于 main 拆分出本提交，单独回退 web-mobile / web-desktop 平台中与 enableWebBuild 相关的改动： - 移除 web-mobile / web-desktop 中 enableWebBuild 选项及配套 i18n、hooks、type、视图逻辑 - 同步更新 dts 快照与平台 package.json - web-desktop 仅保留必要的 publish stage 配置 Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <noreply@anthropic.com>
