Remove stale ignored_columns entries from Member #3016

Problem

app/models/member.rb opens with:

self.ignored_columns += %w[can_log_in unsubscribed]

Both columns no longer exist. can_log_in was dropped in a2e7de00 (2026-08-05) and unsubscribed in 69347342 (2026-10-12, closing #3007). Rails tolerates the stale entries, so this is cleanup debt from those two drops: ignored_columns should list only columns that exist.

Proposed change

Delete the self.ignored_columns line. If Member has no other ignore list entries, remove the line outright rather than leaving an empty list.

Acceptance

• Member.ignored_columns is empty.
• Full suite passes with make test.
• Member.all.to_sql unchanged.
